- 2 tsp oregano

- 1¼ cups water
How to Make Seed Crackers
- Preheat your oven to 165°C (330°F).
- In a large bowl, combine all the seeds, oats, psyllium husk, and seasonings. Add the water, mix well, and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes until it thickens.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture into a thin, even layer. Lightly score the surface into cracker-sized pieces.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
