Healthy Homemade Mango Mousse

Ingredients
- 1 medium mango, peeled and diced
- ½ litre milk
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5–6 saffron strands (optional)
- 2 tbsp sugar, coconut sugar, or sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 80ml milk
- Pumpkin seeds, for garnish (optional)
How to Make Healthy Mango Mousse
- Bring the milk to a boil in a pan. Add the lemon juice gradually to curdle the milk.
- Strain the curdled milk using a muslin cloth or fine sieve. Rinse the homemade paneer under cold water to remove the lemon flavor and drain well.
- Add the diced mango, homemade paneer, sugar (if using), saffron, and 80ml milk to a blender.
- Blend until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and lump-free.
- Pour the mousse into serving bowls and garnish with fresh mango cubes and pumpkin seeds.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving chilled.
