  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup aliv (garden cress) seeds (optional)
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup psyllium husk
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1¼ cups water

How to Make Seed Crackers

  1. Preheat your oven to 165°C (330°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the seeds, oats, psyllium husk, and seasonings. Add the water, mix well, and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture into a thin, even layer. Lightly score the surface into cracker-sized pieces.
  4. Bake for 45–50 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
